I was referred to Du Fresne's by AAA after they came out to check what I thought was a dead battery on my 2003 Honda, but turned out to be a starter that had quit. AAA was able to start the car temporarily, and as soon as they left, I took it over to the shop, which is near my house. They replaced the starter that same afternoon and the car has been running great ever since. I appreciate that they took the car on short notice and were able to fix it so quickly!

A detailed estimate was delivered by e-mail and an omitted labor charge was explained to me in advance of the work being started. Rather than do something that I suggested, further inspection revealed it was unnecessary. I appreciate their integrity for not running up the repair bill and then explaining why the repair was not required. I intend to be a repeat customer.
