I ran over a nail on my way to work. Pulled into Dufresne's and they had it up on a lift in 5 minutes. They pulled the nail out and changed my oil in 20 minutes! Thank you!!

Very thorough!!!! Get the oilchange with the 70 point check and they will give you a list and quote of everything that needs to be done and what can be done later. Also it is not high pressure at all. They go above and beyond explaining things. I will be taking my car there from now on. Also plan on getting a ride because you dont wait for the oil change, they take their time and check everything and call you when its done.

I recommend the oil change with the full check up, they go over EVERYTHING with you. You can then plan what needs to be done sooner and later. They are not high pressure either.

I've only had great experiences with Du Fresne's. I got an oil change, diagnosis, and repair all in the same day. They left me with a long list of repairs that should be done, but weren't pushy at all in how I decided to prioritize which ones got done. Pleasant people with good people skills.

I always get friendly, fantastic service from Du Fresne's. Work is done well and in a timely manner and nothing is done that isn't needed. I feel very lucky to have found Du Fresne's the first time I needed a mechanic after moving to Oregon.

I read the reviews currently posted on google so I feel compelled to write one of my own. I've been going to DuFresne's now for several years and have had some major work done on each of my cars (E-150, Passat and Sequoia). In each case, they have done quality work at a price that is comparable to other quality garages around Portland. They are not the cheapest place in town and they do point out problems that you didn't know were problems, but they accurately explain the consequences of not having something done, are not pushy in their sales, and they do quality work. All-in-all, I've come to trust their services and can confidently recommend them.
