They took really good care of my 2007 Prius! Staff was super nice and even offered me their loaner car to use, free of charge. They're ordering a new espresso machine in at the moment, but they also offered me a complimentary tea or drink. I'll definitely have to pop in and try their espresso at some point as well. My car was having light issues. I've had other places just immediately replace the headlights without asking and then present you with the bill afterwards - Du Fresne's did not do that. One of their mechanics (Marco, I believe?) kindly came out and talked me through my options (even presenting price points) and let me decide on the most affordable course of action for me first. It was fantastic, and something I've never had before. Customer service was super friendly and kind from the super cool office/barista gals to the mechanic. I'll definitely be coming back!

Friendliest service I've ever received from an auto shop! Everyone I've interacted with - both in person, and over the phone - has been incredibly helpful. Quick service, too - I dropped my car off to get my brakes replaced, and I got a call from Marco just a few hours later to let me know my car was ready. I'll definitely bring my car back to DuFresne's in the future!

My oil change appointment was scheduled in just a few days. Change was done promptly while I waited. During the inspection done in conjunction with with the oil change, my cabin filter was found to be be very dirty. A new one delivered in a short time from the parts supply store and quickly installed. Also, as a courtesy, the shop replaced the lock cover which had come off the trunk door latch.

Another wonderful truck repair done by this trustworthy shop. They tackled a very troublesome issue that was intermittently occurring on my older vehicle and stuck with it to repair my vehicle that another shop could not or would not take the time to fix. Thank you so much to the team at Du Fresne's for the quality of work performed and the patience to accept the challenge. This is my favorite place to have all my vehicles serviced.

Quotes for routine services vary depending on who answers the phone. I was quoted $100 more by the elderly lady while the younger woman quoted me less earlier in the day for the exact same service. The elderly lady implied that I was lying. Not a good start to a business relationship when prices vary from person to person. Edit: Gee, that might have been worthwhile mentioning while we were on the phone instead of implying that I was lying. Interestingly enough, the $100 difference in price is $100 more than the other 5 shops in the area for the exact same issue.
