Du Fresne’s ran analysis on my vehicle and were straight up with me on cost compared to the value of my vehicle...they were honest! And the bill was no more than they estimated from the beginning. So even though they did no repairs, I recommend them for their honesty.

I paid for the #2 package oil change which included vacuume window wash, tire rotation, and inspection. They never vacuumed my car or washed the windows and i don't think they rotated the tires. Never offered me the free cup of coffee either.

I am sorry we didn't live up to your expectations. I think part it was because of lack communications. The car was not finished, we were waiting to hear from you on other repairs. You said you called, don't know what happened. Then when you showed up to pick it up, it was not finished. According to the tech the rotate was not needed due to them being equal. Please bring in your car and we will vacuum it and recheck your tires for rotation. Once again very sorry.

As a young female college student I’m always getting bamboozled by car shops because they know they can take advantage of my lack of knowledge but this place was so nice and honest with me! They talked to me like they would their kid! Great prices and amazing shop. Highly satisfied and will come again!

Great service for a great price as always. Staff friendly as always. I didn't mind sitting outside since the weather was still nice, but I wonder what the COVID seating will be like come winter.
