Kind, honest people with great service. Brought my partner’s car in for multiple tail & brake light repair two days before a road trip. They gave the car a thorough checkup, alerted me to several other issues, and worked with me to fix the major ones so that the car was safe and legal for the trip. Every repair was explained and the cost given by labor & part. I felt well taken care of and will definitely be back!

They take personal care of your car. Easy to make appointments, thorough service, on time delivery of completed work. Very friendly. Easy to understand, detailed review of work done. Attentive to car's needs, accurate suggestions, but no pressure to have work done. Well worth the money.

I first found dufrene's Auto I'm doing my Google search for top rated and open on Saturdays as my radiator had just blew up on I-5. Not only did they provide excellent service and explained all the details I was able to get a free loaner car and an unexpected surprise when I got home and lifted up the hood of my car to check the new radiator. My engine had been steam cleaned! Imagine that! They are always the most helpful and patient.

The first time I went there it was supposed to be dudes showed not only were they open on Saturdays but they were top rated. And that's exactly the experience I had! Top rated! The service was very good and what made it super excellent or the fact that they actually threw in a surprise for me just to let the steam clean my engine and here I was a new custom it was so unexpected. I have recommended them very highly. My experience today was just as good. Marco is fabulous about making sure to call you with the estimate and any questions you may have. Everyone there from the person answering the phone to all the mechanics are very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make it happen for you and when it's in a time of unexpected crisis it's wonderful to have Dufresne on your side.

Marco did a great job of explaining his examination of my brakes and the need for replacing the back pads and rotors. He did the work promptly and thoroughly.. I am thankful for the use of a loaner car and especially thankful for the military veteran discount.

Took in a 1997 Honda CRV and got a complete inspection with details and cost of fixing various items. We had just purchased this vehicle for a teenage driver. Preston called with the estimate and discussed pros/cons of doing some of the work. It was nice to have a choice and know what to expect! I highly recommend this shop for its integrity, excellent work and customer service.
