My 2003 Saab broke down in traffic on NW Cornell in the late afternoon. As a long-time client, I called DuFresne's to see if I could have the car towed and repaired there. I had worked with Steve over the years, and, in particular, with this particular problem I experienced two years ago.Within 24 hours, Steve and Eric diagnosed the problem, submitted an estimate, and had the car ready for me to pick up. Steve was, as always, thorough, articulate and totally professional. He is an absolute delight to work with, and I never have to worry about being taken advantage of.We have come to rely exclusively on Steve/DuFresne's to maintain both our cars, and will continue to do so in the future.

Got into a predicament with my brakes frying due to driving with handbrake on and going away near the French American School. I knew DuFresne's was close only because I was a Frenchy's Espresso customer. Called up the number on my espresso punch card and the shop was ready to see me at once! The car was ready by evening - it happened just before the long Memorial Day weekend, so DuFresne's not only made my day, but my weekend too.

This is an expensive service, but the sting was taken out by having the upfront and complete details of what needed to be done and how much each service would cost. The work was done in one day, and I again feel confident driving the car.DuFresne's Auto Service values its customers.

Hi,Thank you for fixing my automobile. I brought my car in not having any idea what was wrong except that it showed over heating. Gerry, Marco and the rest of the staff kept working at it and eliminating things until they found the problem and fixed it. My automobile runs so much better now. Thank you all for fixing my car.
