Great Service as always...Thank You! We brought our 2002, Jetta Volkswagen in for an oil change and a problem with our engine light coming on and staying on when driving. Preston called mid-day to fill us in about the engine light and what parts would be needed to fix the problem here, including cost and all. It had to do with an oxygen sensor to be replaced etc. One part wasn't readily available in the shop that day and had to be ordered ...so, our Jetta was kept overnight at DuFresne's. Of all days, this was also the day when the big snowstorm had set in at night. Well, our Jetta got a little longer vacation at DuFresne's during that week. Thank You! In any case, Preston went out of his way to get the part here to the shop, after the storm had past and roads were clear again to drive on. All things considered; the work requested was still done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. We never have any problem coming back to DuFresne's with all of our cars...we are always served well here!

It's a breath of fresh air to walk into a repair shop and feel right away that I'm getting a fair and reasonable assessment of my vehicle. The staff is patient and accommodating. They had my vehicle back to me the next day even with multiple repairs and adjustments my car needed. Overall I would recommend this shop to anyone who asked and my appreciation is endless!

Why didn't I use Du Fresne's earlier? I usually go with our Mini Cooper to one of the Mini specialists in this area. But they have a long wait time and are not always reasonably priced. Based on stellar reviews on Google, Carfax, and Nextdoor, I decided to go to Du Fresne's for a transmission fluid change. Not only did they change the transmission fluid, but they also performed a 70-point inspection of the car, vacuumed the interior, and cleaned the windows. And on top of that, they called me after completing the job that it took less work so the total cost was lower than estimated. I've never experienced this service and honesty before! I was so happy with their service that I brought our Jeep to inspect the steering wheel the next day. Preston and his colleagues explain every step they take and only perform the service and work needed. They are honest and transparent, and I'll definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Du Fresne's seems to be one of the last existing companies who actually cares about their customers. They did quality work, with very competitive pricing and were great to communicate and work with. Would highly recommend them!

Thorough and quick

Great service and friendly people! My check engine light was on and I had my car serviced at three other shops but the problem was never properly diagnosed and fixed. As my car was due for DEQ, I found Du Fresne’s after doing some research and went there as a last chance. Diagnosis was the worst case scenario but I was assured that the problem would be taken cared of. I was kept in constant communication and my car was not released until all codes were completely cleared and ready to pass DEQ. I went directly to the test station and passed. What a relief! I totally recommend Du Fresne’s Auto Service! Thank you to Preston and crew!
