This is our 2nd bit of work on our 4Runner at Du Fresne's. This experience was as good as the last. Organized, timely work, quick in and out, quality work. All positive.

For over a decade, we've gone to Du Fresne's Auto Repair for our cars' maintenance and repairs. We know we can depend on their expertise, and the staff is honest and friendly. We're glad to have great auto service we can trust.

Thorough and honest auto repair work! Highly recommend! We had been to a local dealership repair shop prior to coming to Dufresne's that diagnosed wrong and wanted to charge us over $800.. We got a second opinion at DuFresne’s with a correct diagnosis and hundreds less in cost. We highly recommend DuFresne’s Auto Repair!! They are hands down the most honest and best at getting the issues resolved.

We had Alignment done on our Kia Borrego, recently! Great work as always....and our car was done as promised. Dufresne's Auto Service is the place to go to...we will not go anywhere else!

Had a great experience at DuFresne's. Was able to easily book an appointment, the technician called me to let me know what needed to be done and how much, and was finished way earlier than expected. I've usually always gone to the Mazda dealership for regularly scheduled maintenance, but will be coming back here now. A+++++

Awesome service as always

Charged me $250 to diagnose a check engine light - when I had already given them the code from an ODB2 Scanner and told them exactly what the issue was (an ongoing issue I’ve been unable to make the time to fix myself). No explanation on the price point of that diagnosis either, just a “$50-350” estimate range (PER ISSUE) they charge for diagnosis. Apparently labor rates “vary based on service” but are also hourly as well? Never in 30 years of car maintenance have I run into something like that. This place is an absolute rip off and I will not be back. Edit - picked my vehicle up today. I was charged over $90 for a $24 part (from Napa, where they told me they ordered it from). They did a test I DID NOT ASK FOR and charged me $200+ for that diagnostic. The response from them about “zip codes” vs “address” is an absolute farce. Never have I EVER been charged diagnostic fees like I was here; I’ve spoken to a dozen people and four other shops this week who were all just as blown away as I was. I understand markup for making money, but the unapologetic attitude surround their exorbitant prices is atrocious. I cannot state clearly enough this is NOT the place to trust with your vehicle.

I could not be happier with the service I received on my 2019 Mercedes C300 from DuFresne's Auto Service. Not only did they do a superlative job, but it came in UNDER budget!! I mean, who does that?? Oh, and I was even given a loaner car so that I could get on with my day!! These are people of integrity and wouldn't hesitate to use them again- you should as well.
