I was told by Marco that I could pick up my car at 5:30. I see on your literature that you are open 6:00AM to 5:30PM. When I got to your place to pick up my car at ~5:15 the gentleman at the cashier told me you were closed, and could just answer a quick question. When I told him I wanted to pick up my car..it seemed like a big deal. Geeez, sorry to be an inconvenience.

I am sorry this happened to you. I will look into it. Our policy has always been to put the customer 1st and his needs. We are open until 5:30 pm. If this was the case you should have been able to pick up your car. If you will call me and we can talk, there may have been personal circumstances entering into this that I don't wish to discuss here. After we talk, I am sure you will better understand.

Brought in my 2003 Dodge Stratus R/T for brake, rotor and caliper repairs, it had some real issues and they replaced the damaged parts. Cost was very reasonable, repair time was fast and the loaner car was a very nice touch.

My car had check engine light on so I took it in for diagnosis and repair. The diagnosis cost me a little more than I thought. The Nissan dealership in Beaverton charges a flat rate of $110 for diagnosis of "check engine" light. But I paid $150 for diagnosis here. That prompted me to double check the quoted price for fixing the purge valve, which was the diagnosis for the check engine light. Initially, Nissan dealership quotes that it would cost $200 to get it fixed, which was considerably lower. So I went back and forth between Dufresne's and Nissan dealership and eventually it became apparent that there Nissan dealership and Dufresne's were quoting for the two different purge valves (one under the hood and another in the back) So I eventually ended up getting the car serviced at Dufresne's because it was $40 cheaper than the dealership and during the back and forth, Dufresne' s staff were very helpful and courteous. I just wish their prices were a little more competitive and affordable.

Repairs were made that were not needed twice and were a lot higher than many other repair shops. Will no longer trust them to do repairs.

This 98 Cadillac came in towed with a no start no crank. After Checking it out For $37.56 we told him he needed a battery. We would 1st have to put a battery in and then check it again at no further charge to make sure the alternator was performing. When Nancy, the owner called him, he told her that both the alternator and battery were new within a year. The battery date had been not correctly punched. It showed November 2005, but really was 2015. We then suggested he take it back to the shop that had previously done the work. Please contact me and we can further discuss the problem.
