Fair pricing, good communication. Only complaint is the promotion I mentioned when making my appointment included vacuum of interior and it wasn't done! Great shop overall!

Car is running fine, but low rating for customer service. Car was 2 days late getting fixed then it had a brand new problem I'd never seen before when I went to pick it up. Waited around, walked home, walked back, finally had it ready 4 hours later. No apology, no free coffee, nothing. I've spent thousands of dollars on multiple cars there. A simple 'Sorry to inconvenience you' would have gone a long way.
