I know things happen but having been told a simple head light change had been completed only to drive off the lot and 15 minutes realize that, no, the headlight was not working made an already inconvenient thing such as a car repair even more so by having to deal with it yet again.
I, Nancy Scheewe owner, talked to Dusty yesterday by phone. I apologized that the bulb was not working now. I had checked with the service writer and technician and both said it was working when it left here. Possibly a defective head light or possibly something else wrong, such as wiring or socket. I offered him a loaner car free for his use.
