PORTLAND AUTO REPAIR

Dare I say this is the cutest auto shop I've ever seen!?! Who ever says that? From reception, to the little coffee shop and of course the auto shop itself, everything is a pleasant experience. More importantly, the people who work here are top of the line stellar! They took great care of my car, charged me an honest rate and even provide loaner vehicles on site! I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or kept out of the loop of what was actually happening with my car. Having a car break down or need repairs is always a frustrating experience but going to Du Fresne's makes inevitable car failures a positive one because not only do they follow through and fix what is broken, you also drive away feeling happy that great, honest and friendly people still run fantastic, dependable and local businesses. Though I can wait 'til my car needs repairs again, I can't wait to spread the news about my experience. Thank you ladies and gentlemen of Du Fresne's my car and I are very happy with your service!

I just had an amazing experience with Du Fresne's! Although we had used them previously for smaller jobs like oil changes and such, we had yet to use them for larger repairs and maintenance. When it came time to do a significant amount of work, they did a full inspection and let us know exactly what needed to be done. The entire staff was amazing and was so great about working within our budget. They gave us a loaner car while the work was being done, which as a one car family, was a huge relief. I felt like everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were fully taken care of. I can't recommend Du Fresne's enough - they are fantastic!
