I highly recommend DuFresne's. Preston is knowledgeable and all of the technicians I have interacted with have been skilled, friendly, and helpful. They will stand behind their work. My vehicle needed replacement wheel bearings; after the replacement there was some unexpected noise associated with it. For no additional charge, they brought the vehicle back in the next day, reinstalled the bearings, and solved whatever mystery noise had developed. Great to have such a capable shop nearby.

Staff is very courteous and helpful and they stick to the deadlines.

We were so pleased with work done by Du Fresne's. We took our car in because of an oil leak. They found three leaks. They said one part that was leaking needed to be replaced and they gave us an estimate of the total cost to fix it all. When we picked up the car, he told us the part was ok and only the seal needed to be replaced. Our bill was over $100 LOWER than the estimate. He could have easily charged us for the part he didn't need to replace and we wouldn't have known the difference. BRAVO to this very honest and trustworthy repair shop!! In addition, he gave the car a thorough check to be sure all systems were working properly. I've never had a repair shop do that before. They are a great shop!

Really? IRS scare mail? The cost of repair was pretty high but still kept the smile when they handed the keys back. I had my bill review elsewhere and was quoted half of what I was charged, so I unsubscribed from their email list. It would have ended at that but they called me a few minutes later in regards to me unsubscribing which was pretty fast. Whoever it was she came across very unprofessional so I didn't even answer why and hung up. Today they sent me coupon to my mailbox disguised as as the IRS, really? Tore it up but figured I'd share the info.
