Been to DuFresne's many times with several different vehicles. They ALWAYS treated me with respect and great customer service. I can't say enough good things about them. Both my sons have taken their vehicles there. They in turn have recommended their friends.

Steve is always easy to talk to and explains very carefully to me what needs to be done to my car....sometimes more than once. The Folks as Du Fresne's gave my car, my questions and my needs their full attention. They were with me until my last question was answered and I was able to make a fully informed decision about what to do or not do on my car. They gave honest assessments of what was necessary and what was just the "nice-to-do"s. When I decided that I wanted to do only what was needed to get my car ready for sale, Du Fresene went beyond the ask and provided me with a history of the repairs they've done on my car as well to help me with selling my car.Du Fresne Auto Service is easy to do business with and very honest. Had to get the oxygen sensors replaced for DEQ testing, then a few months later, brought my car back to get the knock sensors replaced. Both times, the work was done quickly & the staff was honest/helpful/friendly.

Me experience with them has been just great. They've always been honest and up front with me while also being laid back and comfortable. They might be a little more pricey than other mechanics, but it shows in the quality. I will definitely be back.

I had an appointment for a brake job for 9am. I needed the car by 11am since I was to host a birthday party for a friend having her 90th birthday. I was afraid I would miss the party. So I called Nancy and asked if she could get me in early. She looked up some stuff on the computer and told me to come in at 8am. I did, they did a wonderful brake job and got me to the birthday party with time to get flowers for the birthday girl. Thanks Nancy. What a gal!BTW they are good at fixing cars too.
