I received an estimate ahead of time for the work needed, and the final bill was a bit less than the estimate since one of the items originally estimated didn't need to be replaced. Everything was clearly explained to me as well as other repairs that will be needed in the future.

It was a small problem this time -- a flat tire -- but s real nuisance.Du Fresne's fitted me into their work schedule with little advance notice from me and took care of it. As usual with Du Fresnes, I felt that I was treated fairly and efficiently.
