I appreciate how you guys take the time to educate me about our cars, if/ whenInterested. My only request or suggestion for even better customer service than already providde, would be to please vacuum out entire car, not just front seat area. It's such a treat to get your car back from Mechanic & have it running smooth & CLEAN! My mid & back row seats could've used the vacuuming too. Perhaps next time:)Keep up the good work!!! Took my vehicle in for a oxygen sensor replacement (about a $200 job). They were worked with me to coordinate drop off and pick up of my vehicle "after hours", due to my work schedule. After diagnosis, the technician called me and explained what they had found (and recommended an additional $1000 in repairs - not entirely unexpected, as it is a 10 yr old vehicle with 160k miles on it). I didn't want to spend that much, so I just had them replace the faulty sensor, which they were happy to do (no pressure to do more), and the car is running fine at the moment. All in all, it was a good experience, and I would take my vehicle there again.

From the accidental standing ovation I got for bringing in canned food for the homeless (accidental because my arrival happened to coincide with the distribution of holiday bonuses) to the ride home I got while my car was being serviced to the clear and thorough explanation of service options I received after my car was checked out, Du Fresne's Auto Service impressed me with its friendliness and high standards. Highly recommended.

I always go to Dufresne's for oil changes and any other services my car may require. They have always been the most friendly, professional and well priced auto service company I've ever used. They are who I always go to now because I don't trust anyone else. You always see the same smiling faces and they remember me by name so it feels a little like an extended family.

If you want to go back to the good old days when you had a local mechanic that you know and trust, stop by Du Fresne's for your next Auto repair. They have been in business for 43 years for a reason. I personally have used them for 14 years for my cars-- spanning across Toyota, Subaru, Nissan, Ford, and now my Mercedes. Their repairs are always high quality and the prices are surprisingly reasonable. On my Mercedes, they provided repairs that were much better, quicker and far less expensive than the Mercedes dealer quoted. Here are some tips: Check out their Newsletters posted on their website-- dufresnesautorepair.com and look for discounts and promotions. For example, I brought in a bag of Food for the Oregon Food Bank, and they gave me a brake free inspection and free Brake Pads. They have been doing this for so many years, that the value they've given to customers in Brake discounts is now over $197,000! They also are kind enough to give movie tickets when you refer their business to a new customer, so on your visit, please mention you read about them on Yelp, and mention Mike Premi recommended them.

I have been taking my vehicles to Du Fresne's for the past several years and would not dream of going anywhere else. Steve is always so friendly and seems to care about you as a person and of course about your car as well. He is always very honest and helpful.
