Thanks to Preston we were able to get our car in the shop on Christmas Eve.. We had a water pump/timing belt go out and they were able to find the parts, order them and get us back on the rode within a few days. Preston's follow up and follow through is greatly appreciated. He made sure the car arrived (by tow) and the inspection was complete even though he wasn't working that day. Thank you Preston, we can always count on you!
