I never enjoy spending money on my car. Particularly when it is moving and getting me where I want to go. Had to pass DEQ this month and DuFresne's set me up. Even sent me out in a loaner car while the parts were arriving.

They have done it again!!! ;0) The TEAM at Du Fresne's Auto Repair was very accommodating even in the midst of this Covd-19 Pandemic. From Checking-In at the window to the Mechanic handing my sanitized keys and vehicle, you will never be disappointed. This TRUSTWORTHY TEAM has thought through the process and deserve a 5-Star rating. I plead, with anyone reading this review, to give them a shot just so you can EXPERIENCE the way people should be treated with the respect and courtesy. By the way, there prices are to be desired because they definitely beat any dealership around and any repair shop I have ever been to.

The service is always excellent as well as explaining what needs to be done. They don’t do more than is necessary. I have trusted them for a number of years.

I’m new to the Portland area and chose Du Fresne’s based on their high reviews. I’m glad I did. They performed a quick turnaround on my oil and filter service and did a “70 point” inspection with fluids topped off and vacuum of the interior. That kind of service will bring me back again. I also had them do an inspection of the front and rear brakes because a local tire store where I recently went to have a slow leak fixed also said they found problems with the brakes and presented me with an estimate of $559.94 for repairs. I have had my brakes checked every 5000 miles so I felt that I was being misinformed and decided to get another opinion. Thankfully the mechanic at Du Fresne’s found the brakes were fine. It pays to get a second opinion from people you can trust. Thanks
