So fortunate DuFresne was able replace headlights the day after they went out. (Both went out in the same day!) Fortunately DuFresne great friendly service. They made my car safe to drive.

I brought my old Lexus in because of a noise that only happened on the first turn of the key. They could not get that to happen again. They spent a lot of time but the car would not cooperate. There was no charge for all the time spent on my car. I appreciated that very much and would recommend them gladly. I will certainly bring my car there again.

All the work was done promptly and properly, once we got the appointment straightened out. My original call to schedule the work on 28 November was not recorded and when I arrived Wednesday morning, Nancy was surprised to see me. She was able to get me in right away, so all went well. They were so friendly and I was even able to borrow a loaner vehicle so that I could still get to work. They were very fast and found out what was going on with my vehicle and I was able to pick it up in the same day. I felt like they were honest people, which is important to me especially since I am female and out of state. I did not feel like they took advantage of me at all. I am looking forward to working with them in the future!
