I continue to return to Du Fresne's as they are fairly priced and get my car done in a timely manner. They are cheaper than the Mercedes dealer by far but I don't compromise the level of service.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Wouldn't trust my car to anyone else.

Professional, friendly, hospitable. I always get worried when I go in for an oil change that they'll tell me everything wrong with the car and then pressure me to do more. At Du Fresne's they did a good work-up but werent alarmists when it came to more things I should fix. I really like working with these folks. Love the christmas grocery bag for the breakes too. These guys really give back to the community.

I've taken my 2000 BMW 3 series to Steve several times and have always been 100% satisfied. I don't know a lot about cars but they've always been able to explain things so I can understand what's wrong and what needs to happen to fix it. I appreciate that they are honest about the level of necessity for each repair my car has needed. Thank you!

Steve and Gina and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Steve is very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge making me feel comfortable about the work done. I would use them again.

As always, everyone at DuFresne's treat us well and are very professional. They thoroughly answer every question and explain repairs in detail. We are fortunate in having them located in our neighborhood for quick access from our home.

I ran over a nail on my way to work. Pulled into Dufresne's and they had it up on a lift in 5 minutes. They pulled the nail out and changed my oil in 20 minutes! Thank you!!

Very thorough!!!! Get the oilchange with the 70 point check and they will give you a list and quote of everything that needs to be done and what can be done later. Also it is not high pressure at all. They go above and beyond explaining things. I will be taking my car there from now on. Also plan on getting a ride because you dont wait for the oil change, they take their time and check everything and call you when its done.
