This was my first time taking one of our cars to DuFresne's. We just moved here from out of state and they were highly recommended by my previous auto service shop. I came in for an oil change, and the service was superb from the minute I walked in the door. Prices are fair, and the thorough inspection is very helpful. The technician working on my car, Marco, went over all the results of the inspection with me, and made some recommendations as to what was more important and what could be held off or completely optional. I had a lot of questions, and he patiently and sincerely answered them all. In the end, as advised by Marco, I got the oil change and a tire rotation and balancing done, instead of replacing tires just yet. The ride home felt great, and the steering wheel turned much more smoothly. In addition to the very personal service received with regard to what I brought the car in for, other personal touches were greatly appreciated: coffee (free brewed coffee, and fairly priced espresso drinks at their drive-up espresso bar), the complimentary interior vacuum cleaning! While I was there waiting for our car, many people came by - some for service, and some just for coffee. And everyone seemed to know everyone, which tells me this is my kind of business! Like family!
