I brought my old honda in cause I was concerned about my brakes smelling like burnt rubber. The mechanic patiently checked and rechecked my brakes, test drove it, and checked other parts to figure it out. He ended up not finding anything. Ultimately, I was told it must be how I was "riding my brakes". Which was true haha. Anyway, I am really grateful for the mechanic's patience in listening to me and not ignoring my concerns. I was nervous how much the inspections would cost especially since they did so much diligence. At the end, they charged me for a regular brake inspection! So relieved for knowing nothing is wrong with my car and to be treated so fairly. Thank you so much for helping me out.

Incredible in every way - the owner, Tee, Preston the wonderful service writer/mgr, and of course - the mechanics. Had a uniquely challenging situation w my Yukon barely out of warranty. I won’t go into the details…but I will say that many signs & finally my own instinct led me here. I felt secure in the outcome I’d get here. Honest diagnosis & work done right. Instinct was right.
