I had Du Fresne’s inspect a used vehicle for me prior to purchase, followed by a timing belt (and associate parts) replacement. They were great for scheduling and service. Great staff.

We are new to Portland and this was our first time with a car issue. So glad we found Du Fresne! Nancy was so thorough when scheduling the appointment and even called back to confirm some information. Preston and his team checked everything so thoroughly then provided us with an extensive report on our vehicle. Everyone was friendly and professional. We’ll definitely go back when the need arises.

This is the first time I have had my vehicle in this shop for repair. I recently moved and needed to find a reliable, knowledgeable and honest shop. Dufresne was recommended to me and they came through. They were knowledgeable, honest and timely with repairs. They fixed my AC for a reasonable amount so it’s now cold again. They also diagnosed my starter as the source of the noise I was hearing but let me know I should take it back to my old shop since the part might still be under warranty (turns out it was). I will use Dufresne again!
