As always, Marco and the DuFresne's team excelled. Another garage had recommended extensive front-end work, warning that it could be dangerous if left undone. As part of their standard 70-point inspection with an oil change and tire rotation, Marco and the team put my mind at east and saved me from expensive and unnecessary work. Way to go!

My car was towed to the shop and they gave me a ride home, diagnosed my problems, gave me options, did the repairs I requested and got the car back to me running better than ever, all in my two day time frame. Outstanding!

Steve was really nice, but Nancy was just OK. I busted my butt to get the car there early only to find just her. I wonder how many hours it sat there. Then I never heard from them... I waited til 5pm and I called THEM. They kept it for a second day... They charged hundreds of dollars in "diagnostics & testing" which my former mechanic never did. They never followed up on a couple of things on my list so the next day I had to go get those fixed elsewhere. Otherwise, it was a good feeling to get things repaired and serviced. 3 out of 5 stars.
