Great experience overall. I brought my car in around 9 AM (without an appointment) because the engine was idling dangerously high and wouldn't come back down. They told me I could leave it with them, and called a few hours later with a very thorough and well-explained diagnosis which turned out to be spot-on (they do, however, usually charge you for the initial diagnosis--amounts vary) I decided to green light all the recommended repairs, and they had it done 2 hours earlier than their 4pm estimate. Yes, there are cheaper places out there that might do as good a job, but I found the combination of quality repair work, speed with which it was performed, and A+ customer service was well worth the cost.
