You people are terrific. I'd especially like to applaud the man on the check in/out desk - and, forgive me, for forgetting your name. If you tell me, I'll write it down and, hopefully remember it next time. He was kind enough to jump up from his seat and open the door for me when I left after paying my bill. (I'm disabled and opening doors isn't easy). All of you rate an extra +++++ for your service.
