Amazing service done fast. Extremely detailed and went over everything with me in specifics. They had some good recommendations BUT I didn’t feel pressured to do anything i didn’t want to do. Just a great experience all around.

I went in to Du Fresne's for an oil change. The team was super friendly and welcoming. There was a convenient and flexible window for dropping off my vehicle. Marco was my technician. He was detailed and patient in walking me through what he discovered during vehicle inspections. The pros and cons of service options were clearly laid out without pushy upselling.

Thankyou Liu for your review. It is our job to inspect your vehicle for a 70 point inspection. Then present to the customer and it is the customers choice of what they do. Sometimes we will give recommendations of what is necessary now and or at a later time.
