Very prompt friendly service. Very clear communication with me including phone and email communications. The team at DuFresnes was clearly looking to service my BMW X5 for what it needed rather than overwhelm me or my pocket book just to mimic what the BMW dealership would have me do even if it doesn’t need it. Highly recommend.

We have been using Du Fresne's for the last year or so, after moving to Portland recently. They have been professional, exceptionally capable, and reliable. The first time around, it involved changing the AC system; the most recent was a standard oil change and inspection. We look forward to getting our two cars serviced here for a long time.

I was recommended DuFresne's Auto by local folks around SW pdx & beaverton. They continue to be reliable mechanics who listen to where I am in the process of caring for an excellent older car with significant mileage. They are willing to help you care for your vehicle with them in the way that you are able if you communicate well with them and tell them what you need. They also run excellent specials and keep good communication about their specials. Plus, the whole business has a great personality!
