I am new to the area/state and was recommended DuFresnes by my coworker. She told me her dad really enjoyed this place and they had great prices. After my first visit for an oil change, I completely agree! As I entered the waiting area I was greeted with a smell of fresh coffee, along with being offered an actual coffee. Once the technician went over my car, he let me know everything was good and what I should keep an eye on. He didnt pressure me into getting the changes immediately or make it seem urgent. He gave me a clear assessment. I had an 8am appointment and was out by 8:45am. I paid $50 less than what I used to pay for a high mileage oil change. The the best part is, the technician even vacuums your car. Ill definitely be a regular!

Worst customer service from the old lady up front. So rude, so disrespectful and doesn't know how to put on a fake smile. Pick another job that isn't people facing because your service is horrendous and i will never be coming back here due to YOU. Plus I feel like I was heavily over charged for an item that is literally $10 to buy online, so you're going to charge $70+ just for service time..? Seems pretty odd.. & my entire middle console had filth all over it and that was NOT there before as I have OCD so I would know.. If you care about customer service don't come here.

Thank you Riley for letting me know how you feel. Perception is what a customer thinks. I did look into it. I know the lady asked you to move your vehicle to our lot in a parking spot. The day care behind us will have cars towed that are in their lot. She was trying to keep you from being towed. You bring up the fact that the cabin air filter should not have cost more than $10. Our cost from NAPA store was well over $20.00 We do charge for a mark up on parts. This is how we stay in business. Our synthetic oil change was $79.99. This is a normal charge. I am sorry if we got dirt on your console. Call and bring it in to clean it.

For years now I have trusted the professionals at DuFresne's to care for my automobile repair and maintenance needs. I recently purchased an older Cadillac STS with the "check engine " light in the on position. The code said it was a Mass Airflow Sensor, however GM no longer makes the part, and the aftermarket replacement part proved inferior. Determined to fix my car, Preston contacted GM and did a dealer search to find the correct factory replacement part- and did. The car is now operating as it should, and I could not be happier. I truly appreciate this shop and all they do to do the job correctly, fairly, and with integrity. They are the epitome of what a class act genuinely is.
