The diagnosis was what I expected, you stayed within the estimated cost, and there were no surprises when I drove the car. To me, that is all a customer can ask for. Also, I appreciate you NOT doing a 1000 point inspection to tell me about all the things I didn't ask you to fix. (I already know about the power steering leak).
